"Door county State Farm, Scott Schoeneman. I had car and camper insurance through state farm for years. last year they raised our car insurance by over $1000. So we switched to a different insurance company. we left the trailer with State Farm for the time being. my last email with Scott was that our policy would continue with the camper for the same rate as the previous year, we wouldn’t receive a bill for 2 months. Well 2 months later I get a letter from the lien holder that we dont have camper insurance. They tried telling me that it never was sent through and tried to give me a higher rate. they wouldn’t do anything to correct their mistake. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Crooks!"

"What can I say ive always used State Farm insurance. Alot of my friends use budget insurance companies and im always hearing them complain. State farm has always been there for me. BUT! Scott Schoeneman and his crew go above and beyond. Everybody there is so genuine and that's something you can't fake. Tiffany answered the phone when I was stranded on the side of the road after being struck head on by a giant turkey. She found me a new windshield and a rental car company right away and within an hour I was down the road. She checked in with me personally every step of the way. Through the repairs, the claims, everything. And so helpful, on point, Professional and again, genuine and nice. I can't say enough. I use them for my renters insurance too. Great folks.
